What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We accept orders from as low as 2 pieces for sampling, scaling up to 20,000+ pieces for bulk export orders. There's no single fixed MOQ across every product — message us your item and target quantity and we'll confirm what's possible.
How long does production and sampling take?
Lead time depends on the product, customization level and order quantity. We confirm an exact timeline for your specific order at the quotation stage, before you commit to anything.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed in writing before production starts, so there are no surprises on either side. Ask us on WhatsApp or email for the options available for your order size.
Do you ship worldwide, and who handles customs?
Yes — we export worldwide and export-pack every order in-house. Shipping method (air/sea) and customs/incoterm responsibility are agreed with you before dispatch, based on your destination and order size.
Can I use my own fabric, colours, and logo?
Yes. Every order is fully customizable — your fabric choice, colours, sizing and branding/logo placement. Nothing on this site is sold as a fixed, off-the-shelf design.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

Can you manufacture products under our own brand name?
Yes — this is exactly what private label / OEM manufacturing means at Capnest. Your brand name, your woven or printed labels, your hangtags, your packaging — nothing ships with our name on it unless you want it to. It never looks or feels like a stock product with a logo added on top.
Do I need to pay for a sample before bulk production?
Sample costs (if any) depend on the product and customization involved, and are always confirmed with you upfront before any sample is made — never charged as a surprise.
Is there a maximum order size you can handle?
We scale production capacity to match large bulk and export orders. Tell us your target quantity and timeline, and we'll confirm exactly what's achievable for your order.
What happens if there's a defect in my order?
Every order goes through quality checks at multiple stages before it's export-packed, specifically to catch issues before they ever leave the factory. If something's still not right, tell us and we'll work with you to make it right, order by order.
I don't have a finished design yet — can you still help?
Yes. Send us a rough sketch, a reference photo, or even just a description of what you want, and we'll work with you to turn it into a real spec before anything goes into production.
Can I combine different products in one shipment?
Yes — many of our buyers mix categories in a single container (for example sportswear and headwear together). Tell us what you need and we'll consolidate it into one export shipment.
